Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026. These terms govern your use of the Autohost website and platform.

01. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Autohost's website, contacting us, subscribing to our newsletter, or using the Autohost platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

02. About Autohost

Autohost is a property management platform for short-term rental hosts, operated by Blue Nest Shpk, a company registered in Albania at Rruga Mitat Hoxha, Sarande. Autohost unifies bookings from multiple platforms, such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Expedia, into a single calendar, provides direct booking pages for individual properties, and offers messaging, dynamic pricing, and reporting tools to help hosts manage their properties more efficiently.

03. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to manage the properties you connect to Autohost. When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

04. Subscriptions and fees

Access to Autohost's platform is provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available on our pricing page or provided directly to you. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise, and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use of the platform after a price change takes effect means you accept the new pricing.

05. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the property listings, photos, descriptions, and other content you provide to Autohost ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the service, including displaying it on direct booking pages we generate for you. Bookings synced from third-party platforms may include guest personal data, such as names, contact details, and stay dates; you're responsible for having a lawful basis to share that data with us, and we process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

06. Third-party platforms and integrations

Autohost connects to third-party booking platforms (OTAs), payment processors, and other services to provide our features. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. If a third-party platform changes or restricts its API, some Autohost features may be affected without advance notice from us.

07. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Autohost to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data, or interfere with the platform's normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

08. Intellectual property

The Autohost name, logo, website, and platform, excluding Your Content, are owned by Blue Nest Shpk. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform except as permitted by law.

09. Service availability

We aim to keep Autohost available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend access when necessary, and will try to give notice for planned downtime where practical.

10. Termination

You may stop using Autohost at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or with reasonable notice for any other reason. On termination, we'll give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data before it's deleted, except where we're required to delete it sooner.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Autohost is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blue Nest Shpk isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Autohost, including lost bookings, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Nest Shpk harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Autohost, your content, or your violation of these terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Autohost will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform before they take effect. Continued use of Autohost after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
