Before you ask.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. You pay a monthly price per property, and that's it. Bookings through your Autohost direct booking page carry no commission, and we never take a share of bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo or Expedia.

Which plan is right for me?

Solo is for owners running one or two listings themselves. Operator is for property managers with a portfolio and a cleaning team, and adds AI messaging, operations and owner statements. Portfolio is for 20+ units or anyone who needs custom rules, API access or migration help.

What does early-access pricing mean?

Operators who join now keep their early-access price for twelve months. We also set up your channels and automations with you during onboarding.

Can you help me move from my current system?

Yes. Migration support is part of the Portfolio plan, and during early access we help every operator get their properties and channels connected.
